After enduring painful diagnostic tests and treatment, the Petitioner was diagnosed with an inflammatory process in both ears and he has not recovered. These reactions, along with Guillain-Barre', shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (SIRVA) and other reactions are continually reported to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) as occuring after the Flu Vaccine.
