FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Streaming device aimed at schools, offices and conference rooms compatible with all BYOD platforms

Las Vegas, NV, January 6, 2016 – Whether you’re in business or education, you’ve likely experienced the challenges and frustrations of connecting to a projector or large display screen. Cables, connectors, adapters, resolution, aspect ratio—and in the meantime, everyone is waiting for you to get connected. Now KLIK Communications promises to make those frustrations a thing of the past with its aptly-named KLIK Boks.

“KLIK uses the Wi-Fi that’s already in your laptop or mobile device to connect to the screen,” says founder and CEO Costa Lakoumentas. “We ditched the Network cable years ago, but that video cable has been harder to shake, until now.”

KLIK supports BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) users with the ability to display content from Windows, Mac, iOS and Android devices using Wi-Fi. Designed for use in offices, classrooms and presentation spaces in general, the KLIK Boks supports full-HD at 1080p with an HDMI output but also packs VGA connectivity for use with legacy projectors found in many offices and classrooms.

“KLIK is your wireless presentation connector,” states Lakoumentas, “but it’s equally adept at streaming audio, full-HD video and images from your favorite device or even across a network.” Aimed primarily at business and education applications, the KLIK Boks is available through a network of qualified integrators across the US and Canada who are trained in large-scale deployment of the device. KLIK Boks is also available for self-installation at www.klikboks.com.

KLIK Communications Inc. is a Seattle-area technology company focused on helping organizations improveproductivity by enabling the wireless workplace. With wireless HDMI and cross-platform compatibility, KLIK is enabling the BYOD movement and fostering open collaboration in business and education.
