Our guest speaker is Jarral Neeper. Mr. Neeper is President of Calcot, the California based cotton cooperative. Jarral will lead the discussion of the latest USDA Crop Production and Supply and Demand reports. He will also discuss his estimate of upcoming world cotton acreage in today’s low price environment.
Also joining Mr. Neeper will be our marketing panel. The panel includes Dr. O.A.
