Less than one percent of all law firms in the United States are eligible for nomination.
Because the awards are based on the results the recipient has achieved, as opposed to peer reviews by other attorneys, being recognized with a Litigator Award is the result of a rigorous evaluation. Of the over one million law firms reviewed and evaluated each year, only a select handful from each state or geographic region are chosen to receive a Litigator Award.
