Mr. Robert Ryder to Speak at the 2016 CLM Southeast Conference-Claims/Litigation Management

Mr. Robert Ryder, Partner, Wolfe & Wyman LLP, will speak on “The True Value Of Medical Services Versus The Collateral Source Rule: Strategies For Change.”  This conference will be held on February 4 &5 at the Double Tree by Hilton in Tampa, Florida.

Mr. Ryder is a partner with Wolfe & Wyman and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). He is a very active trial attorney and his well-reasoned, prepared and analytical approach is regularly embraced and well-received by juries.  He is admitted to state and federal courts in both California and Nevada, and tries cases in those jurisdictions.

Given his years of experience and full range of expertise, he is involved in a large number of practice areas, including General Casualty Defense, Premises Liability, Professional Liability, Automobile Liability Defense, Government Tort Litigation, Americans With Disabilities Litigation, Product Liability, Business Litigation and Asbestos Litigation Defense.

He is also is involved in many of the transactional practice areas based upon both his business and legal education and experience.
