Costa Mesa, Calif. - These days, fitness gyms are consistent when it comes to offering new equipment, new classes, or new programs. What these places don’t always provide is motivation. The exception is Innovative Results Gym (IR) in Orange County. Known for its exciting, 60-minute bootcamp sessions, Innovative Results boasts a personal training team that is unwavering in encouraging and supporting all types of clients. Developing inner drive and a competitive spirit makes Innovative Results unique, and it starts with gym Co-Owner and Head Coach Aaron Guyett.
Guyett’s effectiveness as a personal trainer and coach stem not only from decades of experience in the fitness industry, but also from being a Marine Staff Sergeant and a nationally and internationally ranked Kettlebell Sport lifter. This past November, Guyett represented the United States at the IUKL World Kettlebell Sport Championships in Dublin, Ireland. Upwards of 600 athletes represented 37 countries. He is now ranked 6th in the world in the 85 kg Weight Class in Biathlon, with 76 Jerks and 119 Snatches with the 32kg kettlebell.
Competing in a growing global sport has given Guyett exceptional insight into coaching and training beginner and advanced athletes. As Guyett said, “Going up against the best in the world, and being judged by the strictest judges, has given me a deeper understanding of the necessity of mobility, resilience, technique, and heart that are necessary in coaching and competing. I try to deliver this same expectation to my lifting training and especially to the clients I coach.”
Through Guyett and the personal trainers at Innovative Results, clients are fully equipped with the widest and most diverse set of health and fitness tools.
