Ms. Katrina Lindsey, Division General Counsel – Labor & Employment and Commercial Litigation, Darden Restaurants Inc. will be speaking on “Considerations in Maintaining Appearance, Dress Code and Grooming Policies in the Workplace.” This conference will be held on February 4 & 5 at the Double Tree by Hilton in Tampa, Florida.
Katrina S. Lindsey is the Senior Vice President, Division General Counsel of Labor & Employment and Commercial Litigation for Darden Restaurants, Inc. In her role, Katrina is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight in the investigation and response to employment and commercial legal disputes and litigation.
Darden is the world's largest full-service restaurant company with sales of more than $6 billion. The company owns and operates over 1500 Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, Yard House, Eddie V’s, The Capital Grille, Bahama Breeze and Seasons 52 restaurants in North America, and employs over 150,000 people who serve more than 320 million meals annually.
Prior to joining Darden, she served as Director, Senior Counsel - Employment and Litigation for the Walt Disney World Resort, where she managed disputes & litigation and provided counsel to Human Resources and other stakeholders on various employment and litigation issues. Prior to joining Walt Disney World, Katrina served as an Associate at the law firms of Carlton Fields Jorden Burt, P.A. and Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor and Reed, P.A.
Katrina received her Bachelor degree from Florida State University in Tallahassee and her law degree from Stetson University, College of Law in St. Petersburg.
Katrina is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Association of Corporate Counsel, and Corporate Counsel Women of Color.
