Mr. Aaron Plamann, Senior Associate, Matthiesen, Wickert & Lehrer, S.C .will be speaking on “Commercial Structural Fire Involving Suppression Systems & Identifying Subrogation.” This conference will be held on February 4 &5 at the Double Tree by Hilton in Tampa, Florida.
Aaron D. Plamann is a trial lawyer with the law firm of Matthiesen, Wickert & Lehrer, S.C., focusing on the practice areas of product liability, civil litigation, subrogation litigation, Medicare, insurance coverage, and workers’ compensation defense. Aaron also has a mechanical engineering degree, with experience in the design and manufacture of products and assemblies.
Aaron obtained his J.D. in 2005 from Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, after having received his Mechanical Engineering degree at Milwaukee School of Engineering in 2001, where he still serves on their Institutional Review Board in reviewing research to protect human subjects. He is admitted to practice before all Wisconsin State Courts as well as the United States Circuit Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin and the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Aaron’s litigation experience, along with his mechanical engineering skills, creates a unique combination of talents which assist him in tackling product liability, technical subrogation, and insurance litigation matters. Aaron has presented numerous seminars at national insurance conferences on insurance litigation-related topics, as well as seminars and webinars to his clients located throughout the United States and the world.
