SAN FRANCISCO, January 5, 2016 – Mark your calendars and get your tickets early for the next San Francisco Chapter of Social Media Club (SMCSFO)  event featuring best-selling author and world renown digital keynote speaker, Brian Solis. Brian will speak to the new area of business in which your brand is defined by those who experience it.

SMCSFO members will learn how most executives and entrepreneurs can better understand and leverage the power of designing experiences for their products and services. According to Solis, “In an always-on world where everyone is connected to information and also to one-another, customer experience is your brand. And, without defining experiences, brands become victim to whatever people feel and share.”

Solis, a principal analyst at the Altimeter Group and award-winning author, explores why great products, creative marketing and superb customer service are no longer enough to succeed. In his SMCSFO talk, he will share why and how experiential activities will help today’s companies navigate better and stronger in the new year.
