Ms. Patricia Morea, Prior Director Risk Management, Bloomin’ Brands, Inc. will be speaking on “Accidents That Occur When the Workplace Is Also a Public Space.” This conference will be held on February 4 & 5 at the Double Tree by Hilton in Tampa, Florida.
Pat Morea was the Director of Risk Management for Bloomin' Brands, Inc., one of the world's largest casual dining companies with approximately 91,000 employees and more than 1,500 restaurants in 48 states, Puerto Rico, Guam, and 21 countries. Pat has a BA from Eckerd College and maintains ARM-P and CRIS certifications. Pat's overall responsibilities included the oversight and placement of financial, property and casualty lines of insurance, all lines of claims management, safety, risk mitigation and transfer programs as well as the design and implementation of the risk management organization, which is aligned with Bloomin' Brands domestic operations. Pat has over 20 years of insurance industry experience. Her early experience includes Paralegal, Claims Manager, and Broker Advisory.
